"We do seem to be, don't we?" Bucky asks quietly, expression softening as she presses a kiss to his skin. One of those things is obviously Loki, and Bucky finds himself a little stunned that they can be here like this, naked and lingering in afterglow, and it's okay. This isn't wrong, isn't hurting anyone, and it's such a relief.

"I didn't really know that it could be like this," he admits after a moment, sliding drawing his fingertips up Sylvie's back and over her shoulder. "I only ever really got one view of relationships, you know? I thought there were all these rules."

He hopes that he doesn't scare her with that R word, because he isn't trying to define what this is. His whole point is that he's glad to have had his expectations shattered. "But like everything else, humans just make it unnecessarily complicated, I guess."
