When Sylvie twists in his arms, Bucky shifts onto his elbow and makes with her, making it easier for their bodies to stay connected as they kiss. She licks into his mouth and Bucky hums, eyes falling shut as he kisses her back. The words make him smile and he opens his eyes, pulling back to look down at her.

"Probably," he murmurs, kissing her again as he gently eases out of her and shifts to lay at her side. "You should pretend that you need some time too, or you'll bruise my ego."

It's his way of asking her to stay for just a little, or as long as she wants.
