She wishes she could say she hadn't expected anything else, that she was certain Bucky would simply wrap his arms around her and slide up behind her like he has, but a part of her hadn't entirely believed it. A part of her might never believe it, might never be relaxed enough to think this won't all be torn from her in an instant, either when someone turns on her or by the TVA when they inevitably track her down.

They've taken everything and she can't believe this, and Loki, won't also be taken from her eventually.
